Semolina cake with honey. -


1 box of 397 g of NESTLÉ Sweetened Concentrated Milk.
300 g durum wheat semolina (fine grain).
200 ml of water.
4 tablespoons of  honey ASSILA El Wejdene.
60 g of butter + 10 g for the mold.
1 teaspoon of oil.


-Preheat your oven to 180 ° C. In a salad bowl mix the raw semolina with the water.
-Add the melted butter oil, honey and sweetened condensed milk. Mix everything. Pour the preparation obtained in a buttered mold.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Unmold and let cool to room temperature. Using a knife, cut small pieces in the shape of diamonds.
