250 g of El Wejdene dark chocolate.
150 g of butter.
100 g of sugar.
1 pinch of salt.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces, cut the butter into cubes and melt them in a double boiler.
-Gently separate the white from the egg yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Add this mixture to the chocolate.
-Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Gently fold in the chocolate.
- Pour the preparation into a cake pan and let it take 6 hours in the freezer. Serve in slices.
