225 g of fine wheat semolina.
100g of flour.
1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
1 pinch of salt.
1 sachet of baking powder.
1 tablespoon dehydrated baker's yeast.
600 ml of water.
ASSILA honey El Wejdene.
Orange tree Flower water.
25 g of butter.
-In a bowl, put a little warm water and the baker's yeast, so that it activates (it will foam after 5 minutes)
-In a blender, mix the semolina, flour, salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and mix
-Then add the diluted baker's yeast, and the water, mix to obtain a slightly thick pancake batter, pour into a bowl and cover. It must rest for at least 30 minutes.
-In a slightly buttered pan (some do not butter to have more golden pancakes), drop a ladle of dough and you should see the holes forming as they cook
-Serve with a syrup that you have prepared with orange blossom water, honey and butter
