125 g of El wejdene dark chocolate.
100 g of crème fraîche or plain yogurt.
15 g butter.


-In a large bowl, break the chocolate into small pieces.
-Heat the cream or yogurt over low heat.
-Pour the heated cream over the chocolate, add the butter.
-Use the electric mixer to mix all the ingredients to get the ganache.
