10 sheets of brick
150 g of almond powder
100 g of sugar or brown sugar
30 g of soft butter
1 egg white
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2-3 tbsp. orange blossom water
Sesame seeds, flaked almonds ...
1 liter of oil for frying

For the decoration:

100 g of honey

The preparation:

In the bowl of a robot (or by hand), mix the almond powder, sugar and cinnamon to obtain a fine powder
Add butter and orange blossom water and mix to obtain a smooth paste
Cut the pastry sheets into two and then into four triangular shapes, take a teaspoon of dough that you have on the sheet. Then roll the sheet of brick by folding the sides and solder with egg white
Immerse the cigars in the oil by turning them over during cooking until they are golden brown. Drain them on paper towels and roll them into the preheated liquid honey (you can add 2 or 3 tablespoons of orange blossom water to perfume the honey)
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or flaked almonds.
