For 2 people
4 tbsp. powdered sugar.
30 cl Milk.
240 g Flour.
2 tsp. baking powder.
2 tsp. vanilla extract.
Choclate spread Goutez la El wejdene.
-Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
-Add milk, flour and yeast and vanilla, mix.
-Beating egg whites.
-Add the egg whites and mix.
-Butter the pan.
-Pour a little dough in the center of the pan and cook on low heat for a few moments, pour a teaspoon of spread, cover with dough and cook again for a few seconds.
-Turn the pancake over to brown the other side.
