ingredients:

02 measures of grilled medium semolina.
01 measure honey Assila El wejedene.
01 measure of melted margarine.

Preparation:

- Steam and grill the semolina measure.
-Put a piece of fabric on the couscoussier and put in the semolina and leave to steam for 10 minutes.
-Pour the semolina in a container and let cool.
- Grill the semolina in a pan over low heat.
-Once grill let cool.
-In a frying pan mix the melted margarine with honey and put on low heat until the first boiling and remove from the heat.
-Add the first measure of semolina and mix well after add the second measure and let stand for 5 minutes.
-Serve in plates and decorate as desired.
