Donuts au chocolat
Donuts au chocolat -
3 and a half glasses of flour.
1/2 glass of sugar.
01 tablespoon of baking yeast.
01 tablespoon of soft margarine.
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Decoration:chocolate milk El wejedene.
-Mix the flour with the sugar, yeast, salt, add the margarine and the egg. Mix well.
-Add the milk little by little and continue mixing until the dough becomes soft.
- Knead the dough on the worktop 02 to 03 minutes and let it sit for 15 minutes.
-Sprinkle the work surface with flour; flatten the dough with the roller and leave the thick.
- Cut the donuts with a mold or with a glass and a bottle stopper. put them on a kitchen towel.
-Recover the donuts and let them rest until their volume doubles, after frying them in hot oil.
-Melt the chocolate in a bain marie and decorate the donuts.
