200g Dark chocolate El wejedene.
75g Icing sugar.
-Preheat the oven to 150 °.
-Cover the round pan with baking paper.
-Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Mix it with the mascarpone in a bowl.
-Incorporate the eggs successively. Mix.
-Add the flour and icing sugar then mix. Pour the batter into the mold.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
-Let cool to room temperature then refrigerate for 2 hours.
-Serve cold and have a good appetite!
