Fruit and honey pancakes. -


Flour: one cup.
Milk: a cup and a half.
Eggs: 2.
Vegetable oil: a teaspoon.
Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon.
Fruit: cup (mix / as desired)
Assila El wejedene: 2 tablespoons.


-Mix the milk, flour, eggs and oil in a bowl.
-Add salt.
-Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then remove from heat.
- Add about two tablespoons of the mixture and put the pan back on the heat, let the mixture sit for 30 seconds, then stir on the other side to cook.
Put the pancake on a plate and garnish with fruit and honey and serve hot.
